Installation Directory

Do not install the program in the default directory of "C:\Program Files..".

It you install the program in the default directory, you will have difficulty updating it. It is easier and safer to install to say "C:\ham\.."

Already Installed and in "C:\Program files..\"

When attempting an update you will see the following message

Error 429 CmdUnZip ActiveX component can't create object

How to fix CmdUnZip ActiveX error"

Drag the user program folder out of program files and move it to "C:\ham\.. You will then have to change your shortcut to the program, but it will work fine there.

If you don't want to move the program then do the following:

Right click the program's Icon.
Select "Run as Administrator.
Start Program.

Windows 7 Error Message

When attempting to install, the following error message is occasionally displayed:

C:\Windows\Setup.LST

Invalid line in Setup information file!
